What headers for 2000 5.3L in a 1988 S10 4x4?

Hello and thanks for taking time to read this. I have a 1940's IH panel truck I am restoring, it came to me from Arizona with a 1988 S10/Blazer front chassis grafted to the original frame and no drive train. I am not building a performance machine, just something I can tour the country with in retirement. Since it was already a 4x4 chassis, and liked the idea of having 4x4 if I get off road out west ( am a photographer ), I have put front drive running gear back in it, and just sat the 2000 Chevy 5.3L engine/trans/transfer case in the frame yesterday, where it became necessary to remove the exhaust manifolds. So, can anyone tell me what headers would work best, create the fewest problems with clearance(s)?

Thank you!

I don't know the answer to your question... however... there are several threads here from folks that have done an LS swap... I would find those.. also I think in some of them they talk about "notching" the frame to clear something.. don't remember now.. maybe an external oil pump.. any way.. there is info here on the subject.

Hello, if you are using the factory A/C mount down low on the passenger side, you need to notch the frame. Thanks.
