lunch money

Postby lunchbox101 » Sun Oct 15, 2017 7:16 pm

So hows it going this is my 1983 s10 blazer bought it for 500 bucks while living in arizona it was lowered air shocks 2.8 v6 with a cam floor shifter with shift kit. I obviously enjoyed it until the engines rear main went out and so did the engine. I put the vehicle on the backburner til i got moved back to south dakota and shipped it up here in the dead of winter. So i decided while going back to school i would build me a turbo ls setup not my first choice but when youre on a budget it happens. So i purchased a 5.3 lm7 with 188k miles on it, and so far she has a few things done but a long ways to go
I dub this project the lunchbox
currently it has:
Ms3 pro standalone kit
VS racing billet 7875 turbo with 4" intercooler 60mm wastegate and 50mm BOV
LJMS/BTR stage I turbo cam kit
H3 hummer pan
Log manifold from KB racing
Radiator from northern radiator its their 55 belair ls swap radiator.
Just recently ordered a Rossler T3 th400 transmission for it with transcrossmember.

So much left to do but eventually ill get there, hope to hear what you think and if you have any decent input on what i should do or what i didnt do but should've let me know.

I hope so...i wanna make around 650whp on this setup if i can. Once i can save up the cash to do so I'm gonnna go bigger lol but thats after this is running. I wanna build the drivetrain pretty stout to just take what this setup is and keep going without being stressed at all so when I can up the power the drivetrain will stay the same with minor changes.
